Bought 1996 F-150 XLT Today!

My newest F series to date. Purchased this '96 F-150 today. 4.9L with 5 speed. Drove it home about 5 miles but running rough. PO had worked at getting it to run better throwing parts at it. I read the computer and it was giving a P0385 code, crank position sensor. Has 350K on the odometer, PO says engine about 150K. Drives/steers great. Clean interior. Nice aftermarket grille. Plan to do maintenance as required, oil leaks, a/c diagnosis/repair, Paint tailgate, it's white. Drive as a daily driver to work, 20 miles one way.

Looks like a keeper. That will last you a lifetime if you keep her maintained.I like the billet grill in these trucks. You don't see these much anymore. You should,as they complement the classic styling very well.
