Multiple Spark Ignition

Has anyone had any experience with multiple spark ignition systems on the 4.2? If you can believe the manufacturers claims, these systems provide a fairly significant improvement in HP, Torque, and Mileage by creating a more complete combustion than regular ignition systems. From what I have read, the Jacobs Electronics DIS energy pack appears to be the best improving HP/Torque by 5 to 7 % while improving mileage by 10 to 15%. Call me a born skeptic, but 10+ extra horsepower and 3 more MPG seems a little to-good-to-be-true for a simple plug in device.
