I have 2000 Ford Excursion VIN 1FMNU43S5YEA52975, and I got a problem with the VIN certification label located on the B-Pillar. The problem is the VIN certification label on the B-Pillar is missing - it probably got unstuck when I was washing the car with Karcher. And now I need to restore the label. As I live in Russia, I tried to restore the label through a major dealer of the Ford Company in Moscow. They made a request to the Ford Company in Russia, and got the response the Ford Company in Russia cannot help with that.
I reached out to the ECS VIN labels, a company which produce restored labels, and they said they could help me if I provide them the Oasis report and Options report. They recommended to connect with any major dealer. As the Ford Company in Russia already refused to help, I reached out to one of the major US dealers - Galpin Ford - but did not receive any response.I'm at a loss. I did not think that such problems would arise.
Can anybody help me get an oasis and options reports?

This website doesn't allow OASIS reports to be posted due to copywrite laws. But see if the attached PDF report is enough to get you a new sticker.
This is not specific to your vehicle. This is for any 2000 Ford excursion. We will need this information to be able to make you a decal:
Ford - Oasis report, Options report
Can anyone send me these reports by email? dostov.sergei@gmail.com
I wrote to several Ford dealers, but no one even answered. I'm in a deadlock.

I order to get an OASIS, you need to contact a Ford dealer directly, since it's their computer system that needs to be accessed.
I have found some dealerships will not mind running the OASIS for a person, while others act like giving you the OASIS on your own truck is like giving you nuclear launch codes.
