Looking for some advice/help

Hey everyone, I have a 94 f250 351w 4x4. I recently bought shorty headers last week to fix the rotting and cracked factory manifolds. Upon taking off the factory manifolds I noticed one bolt i was taking out between cylinder five and six started pouring out coolant. That manifold looked to have been replaced a year before I bought the truck, and from what I'm assuming the last mechanic snapped a bolt off in the head and drilled it out. Well looks like he drilled to far lol,I filled it with high temp RTV and let it sit for 24hrs. It worked great for 3 hours and then started leaking again. I tried thread sealer and it looked like it was holding but I think the issue might have gotten worse from disturbing the hole (might even be a cracked head). So it looks like I'll be doing heads soon, my question is should I throw on a set of stock e7s or a set of flowtech heads. The truck is speed density and I'm not entirely sure if there will be an issue with putting on aftermarket heads with that system. All help is appreciated!
