Where can the information be found that shows Ford saying the new changes will take place on Sept. 29, 2004?

increased cooling system flow to offset higher heat

• Enhanced Vistronic variable speed fan clutch
is controlled by Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
• Diesel engine fuel system is revised to place fuel
filter/heater ahead of the fuel pump. Improved fuel
pump life, reduced waxing and reduced heat transfer
to the fuel tank are the resulting benefits.

The new turbo mounting bracket will not be released until December or so.

 

This individual almost had his life ruined, almost losing his years of retirement. Please don't be insensitive about his plight and dig it up, mentioning his name and his inactive user id. His wife has asked that people drop it, I'll enforce it by removing users if I have to. I'm sorry to take such a hard nosed stance but curiousity can devastate someone's life in this case.

Its not the posts I'm referring to. Its naming him and linking his user id to a name. I've gone back and removed mention of him this morning from everything I could find. Go by user name only.

Talked to a service manager this morning about my order--he said flat out that all 6.0s coming out since Monday have the revised engine in them.
