Minor question on 9 inch decoding

So I'm working on figuring out what my 9 inch rear has...but without pulling it I cant seem to figure out if it is an open carrier or factory limited slip.

Wfe-e2 comes out to the right era of my truck....and its just listed as 3.50....no 3l50. So I should be open carrier right?

Also, on the fordification website it has "n" and "NL" listed in one of the columns, but no explanation as to what those mean. Any ideas? These dont mean limited slips or no limited slips do they?

Look closely at the tag, the 3 is missing, but the L is plainly visible.

WFE-E2 = Ford 9" rear axle / 3.50-1 / LIMITED SLIP (Locking) / Parts List #184 (shown in lower pic).
