headers in a 58 ford
Howdy all.
Once again I've got the bug and i'm workin on the ol' 58 again. Recently I pulled the seat out and Wire wheeled the cab to see all my rust damage(it sat for 19 years behind the chicken coop.) and primered it all. I also got all the fresh air vents to work lubed uA:\RACING.VJB all the heater control cables and put in new duct to the defrosters. Man are those hard to get on those old cardboard ducts! whew was that a long all nighter!
But on with my question, I've gone thru the searches and I can't find the threads for this. I'm putting a 351 W in my 58 and what kind of headers are the best? I'm not changing the frontend out except for disks brakes on the orginal straight axle. I've looked at regular hears and at shorties but I haven't been able to pull up the measurements as of yet. Once again thanks in advence....jax
