All comparative suspension measurements (for comparisons between different vehicles) should be taken from the hub center to the wheelwell arch, this method will negate any and all tire size and wear variances. Obviously your measurements do accurately reflect the ride height change on your EX but the hub center method would be directly comparable to any other rig.
Looks good, were the springs from ATS?
Looks great. 22-3/4" is around where I am now (stock), so your results are interesting and timely as I'm looking forward to a modest lift myself. Be sure to give us a ride report, and let us know your shock setup. Are you staying with stock size tires, or going up?
I would like to have all spring and nice ride quality with good compliance for low-speed off-road articulation, but that seems to be an elusive target. I'm debating between X/Mod B or ProComp 22210/22415 with Bilsteins all around, but I don't know if the latter is going to give enough lift to make me happy. X/Mod B is more expensive and I don't know if I'll love the ride quality. I'd like to fit 315/75/16s at around 34.5 inches, I think I need 3" over stock for minimum clearance and the ProComp route won't get me there. I fear ProComp 22410/22615 would be a little much and might look silly with tires that size.
Junior recommended the reg Bilsteins for my application. I will prob go with a 33” or 285 tire. The X is gonna serves as a camper and hauler for the Jeep on 37s.
