It won't snow if you buy that-- just like buying a snow blower-- You buy one and it doesn't snow much for 3 years-- you sell it and wammo 5 ft the next day :-)

That is what happened to me when I bought the blower, didn't use it the first 2 years , maybe I should buy a raincoat....
