Sway bar?

I added a 2 inch lift by 2 inch blocks in the back on my F-150. Can this be done on an '01 F-250 without any other alterations, like longer sway bar?

Sway bar?

I have 4" of lift in the rear of mine and there was no problem with the rear. I did need to buy relocation brackets for the 6" front though.
