The headlight switch on my 1991 E-250 cargo van died, and replacing the switch itself didn't work, so I'm guessing it's one of the relays/fuses in the PDB. The only problem is I can't find the box. It's not in any obvious or easily accessible place under the hood, so I'm stuck.
Can anyone point me to where it might be? (I have the 5L V8 if it matters).

Okay, maybe it doesn't have one...at least my dealer doesn't think do. I replaced the fusible link that controls the black/orange wire (the one that goes to the headlight switch), but that didn't fix it.
To top it off, removing the battery to replace the link has apparently caused the van to not want to idle anymore. It just dies. Lovely.

A 94 Body/Chassis book shows inside fuse panel to the left of the steering column under dash. Says there is an engine compartment fuse panel located near the left hand fender apron. The chart of fuses and circuit breakers in that underhood fuse panel does not list headlights. But the table or drawing is messed up, the table shows numbered fuses, but the drawing of the panel shows letters instead. I don't think I can get anymore info out of it. Its sketchy. The E-Series has a separate wiring book. I have F-Series/Bronco, not E-Series Electrical book.
