Exclamation Help with a rough Idle on FrankenBee

Ok so a little bit of back story this is the truck that I did the 5.4L to 7.3L swap on about 5 years ago. I took the truck on a 200 mile round trip during that trip i took the truck out on the dunes and messed around with it but drove home the 100 mile trip fine no issues. Went to hop in it about a week later and had a bad rough idle. Unfortunately at the time I did not have time or money to diagnose the issue and it sat for a 2 years. I have moved it around the yard but has not been on the road.

So the truck start right up like normal but as soon as it starts it has a pretty bad rough idle. If i flip on the high idle it will rev up and instantly smooth out, but when I shut it down it has a bad rotating clunk sound.

I have a quick video clip if you could take a listen. I have AE and can pull any numbers you see relevant. It does have a T500 HPOP and the Check valves are not in the HPOP lines.

Thank you in advance I want to get the truck back on the road.

Yes sorry forgot to mention that, fuel is new I shut off the line post pump and pumped it all out. After looking around a bit more today I am going to try and pop the inspection cover off the bottom and see if I can take a look up at the Flexplate.

Got the cover off and I dont think it is the flex plate. I think it is the torque converter itself. As far as I have read this is not a huge issue and people seem to drive them with this and replace if it goes all the way out or funds become available. Thoughts?
