Expedition: For 2004 the PowerFold third-row seat is available in cloth on XLT trims; Reverse Sensing System, DVD rear seat entertainment system, and power moonroof are now available on all XLT and XLT Sport trims. New colors are Pueblo Gold and Red Fire. (My comment: these options wer previously limited to higher end trim lines, like the Eddie Bauer)
Navigator: The 2004 Navigator offers a standard tire-pressure monitoring system; optional AdvanceTrac includes Roll Stability Control; new exterior colors: Merlot, True Blue, and Light Frenc Silk; and new interior colors: Light Parchment with Dark Stone and Dove Gray with Granite.
Basically, no difference.

Um, you think they replaced last year's colors with these? I figured they just added new color options.
