Kingpin help

I'm at the point of getting my bushings pressed in and reamed. In the kit I got there is a metal o'ring with rubber in the center, where does this go? I'm assuming one bushing needs to be pressed in a little deeper to accommodate for space? Thanks

Well I do believe it goes under the top bushing, I'm wondering if it would be better under the bearing but oh well.

Between the knuckle and i-beam I believe. It's a dust/grease seal. Its been a few years, Google search it on the site you should be able to find an exploded view.
