Hello,
I'm getting ready to change out the stabilizer links on an 04 Escape. The rubber is torn and there is a clunk noise. My question is, do you tighten all of the bolts and torque them with the suspension loaded or with the suspension hanging? If the suspension is loaded, do you lower the vehicle on to its wheels first then torque everything? Thanks.
