identify wheel
Does anyone recognize what manufacturer has this eagle logo?
It looks like the eagle is perching on a CL.
I have been looking for this style of wheel in 8 lug X 6.5 inch spacing.
The vintage wheels of this style with 8 lug are 16.5 inch diameter X 9.75 inch width; available tires for this size wheel are limited and not something I want to invest in.
I'd rather go with a modern wheel that is 16 or 17 inch diameter, but the only one I have found a modern 8 lug that is 17 inch diameter X 10 inch width.
I was hoping to find something close to 8 inch width.
I saw this truck with this wheel and tire, and from what I could find about the tire is that it is 16 or 17 diameter and probably 8 inch width.
Yet, if I zoom in on the tire it looks like it might be 33X12.50R16.5LT. Where there is space for the .5 I can just make out something embossed like it is .5 I'm not certain.
The owner / poster has not responded to my asking what wheel manufacturer and size it is, not that they have to, but I tried asking.
Thanks in advance.
Tire is a 33x12.50x16.5 LT and yes that is an odd size tire these days, and you can see his lug nuts are sunk in and you have to use the long shank with that rim due to its thick face design.
