I use Meguire's leather wipes. They were recommended to me buy my dealer. These wipes are convenient and easy to use. The only downside is that they are a bit more expensive then the other brands (like Armoral).
tanners preserve is a nice product, i got it at walmart i think. keeps the leather like new and smells new also comes in a 2 part combination cleaner and conditioner.
