Replace it ! Our local upholstery shop will do one for about $50. bucks since it is about the same amount as a pick-up.

You can do it yourself for less than that. The foam-backed fabric is available from local fabirc/sewing stores. All you have to do is pull the old fabric off the fibreboard and put the new fabric down with Scoth Super 77 spray adhesive. In short, remove the old headliner... fabric, board and all with the board stripped of the old material, spray on the Super 77, let it tack up a bit, then stretch the new fabric over the board. Once it has set, trim the excess fabric , reinstall in the ceiling, and you are done.

Note: the foam-backed fabric is very stretchy so it will conform to the headliner board. Take care not to pull the fabric too tight or it will just pull away from the board befroe the Super 77 adhesive has dried.

It's actually just a small spot over the pass. side. I think I'll just peel the liner off starting at the trim between the cap and the cab and use the spray. I just hope it's not real tough to work out the wrinkles. Thanks!

Spot repairs usually don't work since the light material that you see as the headliner seperates from the foam portion of the headliner and that typically doesn't adhere back together.
