Electrical issue

So on the 06 superduty this problem is happening. Driving normally down the road and all the gauges die out and needles all bury to zero side (except for custom 3 on A post pillar column). I'll be driving along a while and they will jump back on periodically and sometimes stay on for undetermined amount of time. Sometimes the gauges stay off also. There is a beep when they reingage like the alarm when you have low fuel. If they stay off for a long period I noticed a hiccup or miss so I'm suspecting a fuel delivery ficm or mapping issue but I dont know that's why I'm asking you all. This miss becomes a regular interval thing until several minutes after the gauges reingage. Sometimes stopping and shutting the rig off will reset things but not always. You know when you stop and shut off the truck and you're still in the cab and the radio is on? The radio continues to play a while then it times out. There is a click noise when it times out and that shuts the radio off . That is the sound that this makes when I'm driving. It's like it times out while I'm rolling. Clock interior lighting everything shuts down. When it randomly comes back on the radio resumes and the gauges fire up I hear the low fuel alarm tone and everything returns to normal. After a few minutes or so the miss resolves and I also noticed the clock memory is active because the time is still correct. Confusing. One buddy said it might be ignition / wiring but I'm looking for anything helpful. Thanks for any positive feedback

On top of the gauge cluster are two large wired connectors that have lock levers. On the first truck I purchased last year, it did the same thing as yours. Try pulling the dash facing back and shove your hand over the top of the cluster. When I put pressure on the connector to the right of center it caused my dash gauges to come back to normal. It ended up being a lose pin on the connector.

Not saying this is your solution, but it’s probably a good place to start.
