Center Console installation
I have researched online and read a few things on here as well as watched a couple of videos for replacing the center fold down console with the full center console (without the shifter). I purchased a 2016 XL Sport, which I regret to some extent, because I may as well have purchased a XLT or Lariat with everything I have since added. Regardless, can anyone tell me the part numbers of the center console that does not have the shifter (mine is obviously on the column) and associated trim pieces needed to replace this hideous fold down? People have said you can order them on ebay, but I haven't found what I need or think will fit. I am not even sure what years are interchangeable with each other, but I believe 2015-2017 would all require the exact same setup under the same circumstances. Any help is appreciated.

The center console also comes with plugs.. the back and inside the storage area. It's not going to be simple. Then there are the vents. I don't know where it comes from, maybe the dashboard?
That was the very reason why I bought the XLT with the center console. I didn't want the shifter there either.

I think even your friendly Ford partsman would be ordering part by part, as afaik, this isn't a dealer upgrade.
If you could find a wreck where the console wasn't full of entrails, that might be a better bet.
