That was a great nitrogen enriched rain. The grass grew a bunch today but was too wet to mow.

Our last house didn't have central air so we had two big window units that could hardly keep up. After two years there the furnace went out so we replaced it and had central air installed.

I don't have a forced hot air furnace so I would need an AC unit in the attic

We were thinking of getting a mini-split for the back porch but at $4000. for one room it wasn't hard to forget about it.
