mounting dash pad

I just bought a new dash pad for my 72 f100. What hardware is needed to install it? The new pad didn't come with any hardware.

Is it just a pad to glue on or bolt on? If it bolts on you should be able to use your old hardware for it. Other than that , I really dont know. Hope this helped.

Let me be more specific. It's a bolt on pad. I don't have any old hardware from a previous pad because when I bought the truck, the pad had already been removed. Do I need washers or does it use a special nut, wing nut, or other part? Since I don't have any of the original hardware, I don't know what ford originally used to mount the dash pad with. Thanks.

I put a new (after market) pad on my 71 and it came with nuts and washers. You need to use washers and find
the correct nuts at you local hardware store/parts house. That should get you going.
