74 Dana 70 2wd axle in 79 f250

Hello. I am interested in a 75 F350 camper special axle with 4;10s. It’s currently sitting in a 75 Camper special F350. I want to put it in my 79 f250 lowboy Crew 4x4. Will that work as far as spring widths go? I’ve read mixed results between highboy and lowboy articles? Thanks

if i remember correctly, the 75 used the narrow frame, and the 79 uses the wide frame. so i am going to say measure the spring perches before buying, because i don't think it will work.
