Painted my tow hitch bar: Looks good
Hello everyone:
So my trailer hitch on our 2003 F150 developed some surface rust, nothing major, just it looked bad. I had some leftover spray paint, and after watching a couple youtube videos, was confident I could do it. So, I prepped (cleaned with a wet towel), sanded, cleaned, and spray painted my hitch and it turned out really good! It has a textured look to it, which I like. Note that we have only towed with this truck maybe twice, and if we towed with it regularly I wouldn't have done this since a hitch would scratch the paint easily.
Thanks!
