Are you sure this is a 1976? The last 6 digits of the VIN also decodes to a 1968.
C95 = C950 Tilt Cab (gas).
L = 534 4V
U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant (1976 should be assembly plant code V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant).
C72020 = 1968 or 1976.
