Fuel tank issue
Hi, I’m having a big issue with my truck.
i replaced the front tank pump yesterday, it all went well. Truck runs great.
its pushing gas from the front tank to the rear tank though, the rear tank doesn’t work, the pump was gone when I bought it.
i really don’t want to put a second pump in the rear tank, I won’t use it anyway I’m sure.
what can I do, is there a check valve gone or have I got to replace the pump to stop it leaking. It’s so full it’s coming out the rear tank filler neck.

You didn't say what year, model & motor as it can make a difference how the duel tanks are set up.
Some have a 6 port switching valve that can hang up, and others I here have a check valve in the pump that the tank doesn't have.
BTW how you going to get that gas out?
