Titan fuel tank install problems

I just installed a titan fuel tank and the breathers on the tank are leaking fuel. has anybody experienced this before?

Yes, mine leaked. I called Titan and they said after some fuel has gotten on the o-rings they'll swell then seal off. Someone else wrote of the same issue and theirs sealed up.

Well that is some bull sh.t! Took it out ran longer vents and reinstalled. Waiting for my transfer pump to finish filling that tank back up and will see what happens. Thanks for the reply!

I have one that leaked also. I left the styrofoam shipping protection on the one, who knows why I did that, I was hoping that was keeping it from working properly. I did remove it, i am only on my 2nd fill so far

When filling mine mine coughs up a bunch of fuel also my vent hose is not pinched. Maybe the styrofoam was keeping the side vent from venting and it was building an air bubble.
