Sorry if this is old news but I'm new to the forum and looking for remanufacturered spindles for a 75 f100, I thought a simple kingpin job would go smoothly but the lower part of my spindles are badly rusted and pretty much reamed out. Any help would be appreciated, I'm having no luck online and have also made a few calls, thanks.
Bummer for the rust Paramorpheus. Maybe member NumberDummy will chime in with all the gory details though.
A parts guy from way back, he's got the listings that few others will have and may have crossover numbers as well.
Any chance that the part with the rust can be cleaned up a bit? Is it where the bearings go, or somewhere else?
In the meantime, back to the top so Number Dummy and the others with parts guru status can chime in.
Oh, and welcome to ford-trucks forums as well!
Thanks for the replies, sorry one two many "re's" in that word. Last 6 are W82693, numbers found on spindle are a 3, 7-FB and 583, 1. Hopefully this helps, thanks again. I have possibly located some at a yard 100ish miles from me but im not sure of the condition? He said they are still attached to a cut off i-beams.
