Rough idle

Hey guys I have a 2001 v6 4.2l and I got a misfire in cylinder 3 code and I’m not sure what it is because I have changed the spark plugs, spark wires, and the coil pack. I’m thinking it’s the pcv valve but what’s your guys take on it?

Not for a single cylinder.
Misfire is based on a measurement of crank rotation time, each time, each cylinder fires.
Maybe a head gasket or other cylinder mechanics.

I’m not sure, im going to take it to a shop later because I changed the spark plugs, ignition wires, ignition coils, pcv valve, and the head gasket has already been replaced for both sides. My mechanic tells me it’s an oxygen sensor but I don’t think that something like that would make my truck idle so bad.

If you mechanic swaps the spark plug, wire, coil for cylinder #3 with another, and the misfire moves, then it is one of those components. If it doesn't, my guess is you have a gasket issue...
