Well dropped the truck off this evening, hopefully they don't have it long. In the mean time they loaned me a expedition with the 3.5 ecoboost and 3.73 gears. The thing is gets up and moves. If I didn't tow I'd have a truck with that engine in it.
Some time finding what is wrong with a Plane is easier than anything on these new vehicles, Every is so packed in on the it ridiculous. I Sometime miss working on aircraft. But when it gets hot out and remembering how hot the electrical bays can get in the tails, Not so much.
I was able to create the sound with the shop foreman in the truck. Appointmen was friday, still hadn't been pulled into the shop yesterday. They said it'll be done monday.....yea not holding my breath on that. The roof gutter trim is pulled up and falling off, I asked well did you at least order the parts needed to fix the plastic? Naw of course not why would you try to be efficient and use your brain????? F'ing hate dealerships. Oh yea truck is pulling to the right? too bad thats a wear and tear item, 100$ for alignment. Cause apparently a straight axle truck loses it's alignment easier then an IFS. Maybe loose track bar can be the cause for the pull to the right lol.

Well they believe the cause of the problem is the intermediate shaft. The thing is the part is on national backorder, so who knows how long it'll take to issue. They also said that my clock spring is bad but unrelated to the original problem.
Nope. They said everything is normal and it MIGHT be the shock...uh ok shocks don't make clunk sounds. Oh wait, they do if its the stock rancho garbage.
They reset the toe a little, its still pulling to the right though.
