Drivers side rear
What would be the proper name for the price with the hole in it? Its driver's side near bumper

I am not sure it has a specific name, its function is a support bracket for the bedside. That area catches a lot of debris, dirt, mud, etc. and as a result it holds moisture and rusts out.
