New from the factory, I had one that came with a nick in the silver finish on the passenger side rear door as well. I showed the body shop manager and he seemed to think that the silver part was not available separately, but you'd have to get an entire door panel. He wanted to paint mine - so far, I've not chosen to go that route. Hopefully there's another solution to replace just that part, so I'll be following this thread to see.
Pop that cover off and see if you can find a part number on its backside, then google the part number to determine its availability. Recommend using a plastic prybar for removel. Fast forward to about the 45-second mark in the video below for instruction how to remove that cover.
H20, good to know they're available. Might you happen to know the part # for the passenger side (RH), rear door silver piece on my 2018 SBSC? The one's that you provided above are for the CC (which is what the OP wanted). TIA.
Flyct, what did you decide to do with respect to repairing/replacing your scratched door handle cover? If you ordered one, which color did you select? TIA

tasco.com and local dealer both told me based on my vin number that part number HC3Z-26275A18-CA was the one for my truck.
Tasco wanted $14 plus shipping. Local dealer wants $21 without any shipping so I had local dealer order it. they said it should be in next week. Unfortunately I’ll be out of town for a few weeks. Once the call me that it’s in I’ll have them verify the color and post results.
For now I just popped it back on.

Here is Tasca’s Email response:
Good afternoon, according to your VIN# 1FT8W3BT4HEC28737 part are as follows:
Sounds good - enjoy your trip.
I'll be awaiting the results. If it comes in and is black, I'm curious what paint they will use to get it silver, i.e. please ask them to provide the paint color code if the end result is satisfactory and meets your expectations.
Go to your local dealer and ask when the upholstery guy comes to the lot. When you meet the upholstery guy he’ll spray paint the interior piece better than New. Cost is usually cheaper than a factory replacement plus labor. It’ll probably be a cash deal on the spot.
The upholstery guy usually services the vehicles that come in as a trade. They are good at fixing all kinds interior problems.
