2010 E350, within the last year I had a new Jasper engine put in with new everything. Since then, roughly 10K miles later I notice my MPG absolutely sucks. Maybe getting 8 out of it. 5.4 V8. Any suggestions?

Stop and go traffic will kill your mpg, but still 8 mpg sounds bad for a regular van. Do you carry heavy loads?
Just for reference I have a 2010 extended 5.4 E350 4x4 with 4" lift and 33" tires and I am getting 11 mpg on short "defensive" drives.

Excellent question. I see a lot of folks on another forum (lots of kids) who don't know how to calculate gas mileage. They think that they can do it with the gas gauge. "Miles between fillups".
Without accurate numbers, you might be chasing a ghost.
