Yeah I can understand that.. These dealers don't know about customer service..

And they don't listen to the customer when he tells then to check the battery its got gremlins and they keep moving around.

That's cause they are not smart enough to figure it out on their own..

If the computer tells them it's good it must be good...

I'm back!

They said that they didn't check the battery because the tech didn't think it was causing the problem.

Our Explorer had gremlins and it was the battery, the heat may have had something to do with it too, and it was cool today too.

That is what happens when they get their techs from manpower.

Yeah maybe you should just replace the battery and call it a day rather than try and keep bringing it in to those **** holes

It has a Sears Die Hard that went into service June 2017. I am taking it there this week, it still is under warranty. Probably should have taken it there first.

We pick it up at 9:00 in the morning, then Patty is leaving for her father's.

I guess the big fancy building hides an idiot inside!

They let 65K walk out the door over a $500 difference...

Guess they were not hungry enough
