I'm trying to help a friend. He has a 78 ford Motor home with 16.5 rims, wants to switch to 16's. Has access to a 91 F350 dually with 16's. He found out rims will not swap due to hub pilot issue. The question is can he swap the hubs from the 91 to his 78 to use a more available hub pilot rims?
Can't find 16" lug pilot dually rims in our area, only hub pilot wheels. The 78 does not have large enough hubs to pilot the new wheels. He will try swapping hubs off the 91 he got the wheels from tomorrow. Research shows the 78 and 91 use the same bearings and rotors on the front. Rear will be questionable, the 91 may have a sterling. Won't know until he crawls under tomorrow.

What is the Motorhome, a Class C? If so, it's probably an E350 (Econoline) Cut-Away.
E350 & F350 with DRW use the same hub & rotor assy's.
