Hypertech Chip question for 7.3
I recenly acquired an older tuner from a friend who ran it on his 7.3 purchased new in 1999. Its a hypertech chip part no: 1NVK3. I assumes this is meant for the 7.3’s with the NVK3 PCM’s. My truck is a 1999 F350, NVK2 PCM code, and a 2/99 build date. Can I run this chip on my truck or is it not compatible?

I'm not hip to the crossover usage of PCM codes but if you post in the 1999-2003 7.3L forum I'll bet you will get your answer. Lots of guys that know way more about these trucks than I do.
