Just tried to send you a picture of set up. Disregard that the compressor is aftermarket, the idler pulley is attached to the original compressor bracket.

Thanks! Preparing to do AC, but do I need that bracket as well? If I do, would you know where I may order one? Ordered a similar looking pulley and just prepping for the weekend.
It bolts to the top of the compressor in those two holes. Also a bolt on the water pump or block. Can't remember. No one that I could find made it aftermarket. I put an ad on Craigslist and found someone locally who was parting a truck out and bought both brackets. Check e-bay or the junk yard, or do what I did and put a message out locally or on this forum. Good luck, you'll find one eventually!
Where does this attach on a 78 f150 400? Appreciate the help.
Which side do you need? The right side is adjustable and the left side is fixed.
These are the same as 1970/79 F100/350's, Passenger Cars, Econolines and 1978/79 Bronco's all with factory installed integral A/C & 302/351M/400/360/390.

thanks ND and apologize for the late response. It’s the adjustable side.
