Wreck X 2

Well, today, my baby was hurt again. 2nd time in less than two months. This time it got her in the backend. I was sitting at a stoplight at a dead stop for at least 5 seconds if not longer when some idiot in a Pathfinder runs right into the back of me. Ooooooh I was so mad. Things happen I guess, but it's still frustrating. Thank goodness he has insurance.

So.....it goes into the shop on Monday for the previous wreck (needs new hood and side panel) and now more than likely it will be going back in the very next week for a new tailgate and bumper.

What a year@?#$?@#%?@#?%

I feel your pain...
We only had our Bronco a couple months when someone backed into it twice in a two-week span. And it was sitting in our parking lot. Had to get the tailgate fixed and still have a dent right on the rear corner. I wrote in to the paper complaining about idiot drivers at an "unnamed" grocery store parking in our lot, forgetting there's only one grocery in town (right next door). Now I park in the back, next to a fence, with two of our other vehicles parked on either side. Landlord hates it but I'm protecting Bruce from further harm.
At least the other guy in your case had insurance. Mine were hit-and-runs, so it cost me out-of-pocket. I immediately went and lowered my insurance deductible!
Are you getting a paint job out of it too?

As for the paint job, I'm not sure....I hope so. The bed has quite a few little nicks and scratches on it, it would be nice to get some new paint! You can't see them from afar, but when washing the truck you are so upclose and it looks really bad. We'll see what happens, I just hope it all gets taken care of real soon.

I hit my dad's truck today, i was watching for the neighborhood kids, i've backed out of my driveway 100s of times and I've watched out for his truck everytime. The one time that I am distracted he parks at a different angle.. It wasn't too bad, but now I have a colorful stripe on my truck.
