F82 = F800 (gas) / B = 300 1V I-6 or 370 4V V8 / V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant / DC5899 = 1979.

Also see your post in the "If you need any info" thread for GVWR info.

The VIN series code is F82.

Pic: If the Warranty Plate was present, the TYPE/GVW aka MODEL code and its corresponding GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) would be one of the following:

F820 - F821 - F822 - F823 - F824 - F825 - F826 - F827

Welcome to FTE

VIN doesn't tell you much...

F70 = F700 (gas).

E = 361 2V or 4V FT engine.

V = Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.

C41462 = 1976.

Warranty Plate riveted to the left door face below the latch, post a pic of it or type all the codes from it.
