Steering wheel controls not working
I have a 2013 explorer XLT and the switches on the steering wheel for the cruise control and the switch for the radio controls are not fully working. the directional buttons, and volume up/down work but nothing else. I I have tried new switches and that did not fix the issue. Any other thoughts? Clock Spring? I have read other forums and there was mention of a bad SCCM. I am not sure what that stands for but I am assuming Steering Column control module. but not 100% sure.
