Has anyone out there ever put a nitrous system on a 5.4L F150 4x4 ford motor. Would this be worth the time and effort. I just want more HP with out having pulling the motor.

I won't pretend to know anything about your engine however you should be able to hookup 50-75 shot without much problems if not 100. Call the manufacturer of your choice to get a more accurate number as well as any precautions. Have you considered getting a blower off a lightning seems a couple of places on the web have people upgrading theirs to something else and are selling their stock blower obviously it would work and you would have power all the time not one bottle at a time. Good luck this may have been of no help but thought I would share my thoughts again good luck with your truck

Like JW said you can pretty much run up to 100HP shoot safely on most motor, if there in good shape, but you have DRY systems and WET systems, all dependant on what you want and how you want it set up, and as alredy mentioned I'd get with one of the more reputable manufactures about the best setup for what you want.
