IDS Errors Help

Anyone using IDS? I am getting some errors hope somebody out there has gotten it and can help me

What are you trying to do whit the IDS
I’m sure is not your truck is the software
on the IDS try to remove it and install it again...

Are you using a Real VCM or a clone?? If your using a clone then I would suspect that. If it is real then first try restarting the computer. If that does not work, perform a removal and reinstall of the IDS. I use it a lot, it is quite finicky to say the least. I often need to restart my computer, I have had to do install reinstalls more then once also. I have been a user for many years and used a few different laptops, it works great when it works but it can be a pita.
