A/C high pressure switch

I have a 1994 F250 XLT with a 7.5l that I recently bought. Well living in AZ when it's 106° sucks without A/C. It looks to me that the high pressure switch wires have been cut so I'm just trying to get some insight on where they go. One is a black wire with a yellow stripe and the other is green with an orange stripe.

As you can see in the below diagram they do go to the High Pressure cut out switch.
