2004 sport trac electrical issues
Looking for electrical help on a 2004.
Intermittently, the whole interior key on electrical looses power, of including the instrument cluster. Some of the time when it comes back on the instrument cluster goes into what I would call a diagnostic mode.
It also has a continuous battery draw that will kill a fresh battery in 2-3 days.
I do know some of the history on this vehicle, but the previous owner now has dementia, and even gets her kids mixed up. So not too much help there.
I am going to guess that the cluster is causing most of the issues, but I’m looking for other options or ideas where to start.
