Engine Code Defined
Hey guys, I just ran my engine codes a bit ago. I got three codes, two of them I've taken care of. I'm having a problem with the last one though. I've got the manual for my 94 Ranger. Fortunately, it has the codes listed out in it. But, I got code 181 "Adaptive Fuel rich limit reached at part throttle, bank #1." Does anyone know what the heck this is?

Pretty sure that code refers to the Heated Oxygen Sensor on the passenger side (or rear)...could be a faulty 02 sensor, or it could be an engine running too lean and your 02 sensor is unable to correct it.
