Is there suppose to be some simple, elementary idae I am missing here? I have been working on it for a few hours, and everyitme I show so progreess, I accidently destroy my progess
I had no idea those things were still available - I used to be able to do a rapid cube, when they first appeared, but I have not seen one for many years.
It's sooo easy to do. I fixed one in like 5 minutes once. I took all the colored stickers off and put them back on to match them up! See! Funny thing is, I've never seen a penny of the $50 that was bet against me!
Anybody ever tried a 'Square One'? I got one for Christmas years ago, same idea as the Rubics but its not square at the start, has to be a cube and colors matched at the end. I tore into it and later realized that there were instructions to do it... thing never even was a cube in my hands!
Wow. And to think that all of that time and effort that they put into figuring that out so scientifically and making that site could have been used to, like, get a life.

No arguement here. I haven't played around with a Rubik's cube since I was like 10. This has got me thinking tho, wonder if I could do it now? Bad thing is, a 6 year old kid probably wrote those instructions.
I bought a little paperback book that explained how to solve the cube. Once I mastered the instructions, I went on to amaze everyone by solving the puzzle in a couple of minutes. I might have gotten it anyway, but I figured "why reinvent the wheel"?
I worked on it when I was young until I got so mad that I threw it against a brick wall and apiece popped off. I discovered that you could tear it apart and put it back together. Someone bet me $40 that I could not solve it in less than ten minutes. Took it back to my office and brought it back to him in three minutes flat. That was a really good day!
I know a kid at my school who can do one of the cubes in like 30 seconds. He is also a computer nerd, he loves that kind of stuff and so he took the time to memorize the ways you make moves and what not. The world record in time for solving one is like 15 seconds.
I had one of those things waaay back in grade school and never figured it out. My kids got one, and thanks to the internet, I finally solved it. The answer is out there.
Yeah I got it doen twice this weekend, once with the help of an internet site, once on my own...took me thre hours but i got it. I thik I am goin to memorize the moves and make some money of the chumps at work...
