So I'm no longer there but I had to chime in. I love your state.. you guys and girl are so lucky to be there, MT is the absolute best state in the union, hands down.

I was working in Helena and renting a place above Jefferson City right below Bluebell (or Blueball depending on what map you looked at) mountain and we absolutely loved it. We had to move back to Michigan though.. could not afford the housing there. It's crazy how expensive homes are, for example our offer letter on a place here with 3br, 2ba and 18ac was $135k, in Montana that place would have been probably 400k.

Anyway I didnt come here to whine but to say you folks are lucky and I miss your state really badly.
