Hey, I have been kicking around buying a electric pressure washer. They seem to be about 1/3 of the price as a gas one. All I need to do is clean off my house siding and maybe under a vehicle once and awhile. Has anyone had any experience using one? I was looking at a 200 psi unit on Amazon, would I be disappointed? Thanks Nate
I bought a Husky, does the job.Had it about 5/6 years,I use it on my cedar deck & the cedar siding on the screen room.Shop around Evil bay usually is cheaper than Amazon.I order from both. Saved about $30 dollars buying a battery powered weed wacker off of the Bay.
I think you meant 2000 PSI...not 200 PSI. I bought a Husky many years ago also...works fine on the deck and deck furniture. I also use it to clean the garage floor once a year. As Tony said...shop around...Amazon does not necessarily have the best prices.
Neighbor has one, not sure of the brand. I borrowed it once. Works pretty good for cleaning siding but not very well on concrete, but I'm not all that well versed in pressure washers either.
I have the 1750psi one from harbor freight, think it was around $100. It gets the job done, in my book if its not gonna get used a real lot/hard it doesn't have to be the fanciest. I use it for washing off the dirtbikes and driveway and it has done way better than I expected.
Ya, 200 psi wouldn't get me far would it? I ended up buying a used Campbell hausfeld 4hp from a coworker for about what I would of spent on a new electric. So far so good. Thanks again.
