I just learned from here and did the research to proof to myself..
500lbs.. more with a WD receiver..
Also - bumper is rated for 500lbs..
I can attest my had at least 1200lbs on it about 1 week ago..

Yes, 500lbs in weight carrying mode (without WD) for all EXs, and for the earlier EXs 1000 with WD (10,000lb trailer weight) and the later EXs were rated to 1250lbs with WD (12,500lb trailer weight). The frame connection bolts were upgraded to a larger and stronger size which increased the ratings, the actual hitches are all the same. I towed a 9,500lb TH for 15K miles that had a tongue weight of 1460lbs and a TT with 1840lbs TW for 6K miles with the factory hitch, but it was starting to show the stress and was flexing a bit. I upgraded to a Torklift SuperHitch 20K hitch that is rated at 2000lbs TW and 20,000lb trailer weight.

You are going to have a laugh, I'm shopping around for a 6 bike rack that mounts on the trailer hitch. Once I started looking at bike racks, I started wondering what the tounge weight was for my Ex. If I have anymore kids I'm gonna need a trailer!
