Does anyone know if there should be a panel underneath the dash, where the pedals are? Like in the first set of pictures, I don't have one and the wires are just hanging down

Not that I've ever seen. My first Aero, the '95, always seemed to have relays and stuff falling out of there!

I have the correct front roof lamp assembly for a 1997 and you can have it but you pay the shipping cost.

yes it is missing the "knee" panel under the dash. It is two pieces, one is the steel reinforcement panel and the other is a plastic finisher panel over it.

I also have headlights with the adjusters, the headlights are used and yellowed but the buckets and other parts are new. Again, you can have the parts but you pay shipping. Find out exactly what parts you need then let me know.

the problem with the bumper is the shipping. They are huge and expensive to ship.

Well awesome! I'll see about scrounging up the cash to pay for shipping, and I'll be in touch! Just let me know how much shipping would be!
